The Swellness Movement is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This privacy provision describes how swellness.org and its own portal protect the information you provide, whether you do so intentionally or unknowingly, when you visit or submit information to us.

Registering

When you register with us, you will be asked to give such things as your name, address, and other contact information. This information is securely stored in your Personal Profile. You will be given a username and a password—which will be needed to enter the site and to access your Personal Profile.

Membership

We will keep track of the membership information provided by individual members of The Swellness Movement. We will not make this information available to anyone outside of The Swellness Movement, unless you, our member, has requested our assistance in obtaining professional related services on your behalf. Even in such instance, we will not disseminate private, personally identifying information, but with your approval, will disseminate designated materials.

Controlling Your Personal Information

We will not sell, distribute or lease any information about you to anyone. Users may, however, visit our site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain site related activities.
